How The Universe Knows What You Feel About Your Relationship

There isn't anything mystical about how the universe knows what you feel about your relationship.
It starts on the inside of us with the energy we create when we think or feel something. It goes like this:
Biology Class Moment 🧐: When you think or feel something, the neurons in your brain send out electrical signals and release chemicals, like dopamine, serotonin and cortisol, throughout your body.
This internal process gets communicated through our facial expressions, body language, tone of voice, micro-expressions, and behavior shifts.
These non-verbal forms of communication get picked up by the other humans we are around, despite how good you think you are at hiding them. Granted, some humans are more adept than others at noticing them.
So when I say, "the universe knows how you feel about your relationship," it means:
your internal feelings shape your external reality.
you can't hide your true feelings because they leak out in subtle ways.
your thoughts and feelings impact what you attract and how you experience it.
If you want to change what you attract or how you're experiencing your relationship, you have to start with the inside processes: what you're thinking and feeling.
This is where nervous system regulation comes into play.
Nervous system regulation is the bridge between how you feel on the inside and what shows up in your relationship.
When you agonize over wanting to leave the relationship, underneath all those thoughts is usually an unregulated nervous system that's trying to make a big life decision. Improving your relationship, or getting clear about whether to stay or leave, starts with nervous system regulation.
